Doukas started her career as a fashion model in the 1970s, while also selling antiques. From 1981-7, she worked at Laraine Ashton Models, before founding Storm Model Management with Richard Branson as a business partner in 1987. The agency has become synonymous with discovering and nurturing the careers of many new faces.
