British professional boxer who has held world titles in two weight classes. Haye grew up in Bermondsey and started training, aged 10, at the Fitzroy Lodge Boxing Club in Lambeth, South London. He is the first British boxer to reach the final of the World Amateur Boxing Championships, winning a silver medal in 2001.
