A wonderfully balanced all day breakfast tea, delicious with or without milk. Developed as part of a portraiture series of teas in collaboration with Daisy Green to celebrate the opening of the Audrey Green restaurant in the National Portrait Gallery.

Featuring Dame Margot Fonteyn who spent her entire career as a dancer with the Royal Ballet, having trained in ballet from the age of four. Fonteyn was eventually appointed prima ballerina assoluta of the company by Queen Elizabeth II. 

Photograph by Bern Schwartz who took up photography in the 1970s as a second career. In just a few years he had photographed a number of well-known personalities of the time including artists, politicians and royalty.
