Swedish singer-songwriter, rapper and street-style icon. Cherry’s debut solo album Raw Like Sushi (1989) launched her musical career. In the same year she caused a media-frenzy when she performed ‘Buffalo Stance’ on Top of the Pops whilst heavily pregnant with her daughter Tyson. Her second album Homebrew, enjoyed less success but Cherry continued her work by imaginatively collaborated with Senegalese artist Youssou N’Dour on the track ‘Seven Seconds’ which was released as a single and featured in N’Dour’s album The Guide.
