Financier and patron of the arts, Lord Rothschild is President of J. Rothschild Holdings, Chairman of Five Arrows Limited and was Chairman of the Heritage Memorial Fund. He was a Trustee of the National Gallery from 1985 to 1991 and became President of the Institute of Jewish Affairs (now the Institute for Jewish Policy Research) in 1992.
