Indian, international tennis and table-tennis player. He was born in Bombay (now Mumbai), India on 28 August 1883. He participated in 12 tournaments at Wimbledon, the first in 1910 and the last in 1933. At Wimbledon in 1930 he lost in the first round against American Bill Tilden (6-1, 6-0, 6-2) and in 1932, the second round against German Gottfried von Cramm (6-4, 6-3, 6-1).
