Arthur Balfour, 1st Baron Riverdale, was a British steel manufacturer. He was Chairman of Arthur Balfour & Co Ltd and of C Meadows & Co Ltd, both of Sheffield, Yorkshire. He was created a Baronet in 1929 and raised to the peerage as Baron Riverdale, of Sheffield in 1935.
