Seen here in her Chanel-designed costume for Le Train Bleu (1924), Diaghilev's modern take on the flapper generation of the 1920's. The ballet was written by Milhaud with libretto by Cocteau, choreographed by Nijinska and with curtain by Picasso. Anton Dolin also appeared in the same production.
