A black and white photograph featuring the singer David Bowie and actress Elizabeth Taylor meeting for the very first time at the Beverly Hills home of George Cukor. This photograph was taken in 1974 by British photographer Terry O'Neill who is renowned for his work documenting fashion and celebrities. The chambray kaftan worn by Taylor in this image is by fashion designer Bill Tice who won a Coty award that same year.
