Celia Birtwell is a fashion and interiors textile designer and muse to David Hockney. Her prints featured on Ossie Clark designs in the 1960s and 1970s and have remained timeless, going on to form a sell-out collection for Topshop in 2006. Celia and Ossie dressed everyone from the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Jimmy Hendrix, Paloma Picasso, Talitha Getty, Patty Boyd, Twiggy and Marianne Faithful all the way to the British Aristocracy, while her fabrics hang in numerous hotels around the world.
