Luke Edward Hall x NPG Boy Wonder Enamel Badge

Designed in collaboration with artist Luke Edward Hall and the National Portrait Gallery for the exhibition Cecil Beaton’s Fashionable World. This enamel brooch features the words 'Boy Wonder' embroidered in contrasting red against light green. These words are inspired by Beaton's 1927 self-portrait drawing of the same title. This brooch can be affixed to your clothing or bag using the two butterfly clips on the reverse for a secure hold.  

Luke Edward Hall says of Beaton “what inspires me about Beaton is his approach to life, his endless documentation and cultivation of beauty. It’s the way he looked at the world, and the way he crafted the world around him.”
