Aladdin Sane, 1973 'Eyes Open' Brian Duffy Archive 50x50cm Mounted Print

This image remained unseen and unpublished until 2011 and was the image that promoted the 2013 'David Bowie is' exhibition at the Victoria and Albert Museum. This has now become almost as famous as the classic album cover shot and has been widely reproduced worldwide. This arresting image shows the difference between Bowie's eye colour which was the result of a childhood fight. Together with the iconic cover of the Aladdin sane album they make a wonderful and stunning duo.
