Featuring the actor, comedian, presenter and writer Dame Thora Hird, who appeared in more than 100 film and television roles over a career spanning 70 years. 

Photograph taken by Steve Speller who began working as a freelance photographer in 1985. His early portrait appeared in magazines such as Blitz, NME and The Face.
