NPG Icons A3 Poster by Owen Davey

This A3 poster presents the illustrations of artist Owen Davey, designed exclusively for the National Portrait Gallery. It celebrates a selection of some of the Gallery's most popular sitters including Elizabeth I, William Shakespeare, Jane Austen, Charles Darwin, Emmeline Pankhurst, Mary Seacole, David Attenborough and Malala Yousafzai. 

We commissioned award-winning illustrator Owen Davey to create an exclusive set of portraits featuring icons within the NPG collection. Owen’s style is graphic, colourful, fun and well-researched. His portraits capture the key features of each person so they’re instantly recognisable!
