Terence Nelhams, as he was then, appeared in an episode of Farson's Guide to the British (1959) performing his debut record 'Brother Heartache and Sister Tears'. He joined the cast of the music television show Drumbeat in 1959 and as Adam Faith a string of chart successes followed.
