Lip Balms and Salves handmade using beeswax from the hives at the National Portrait Gallery
Waste not, want not. What do you do with the by-product from our honey harvest? Working in collaboration with Filberts of Dorset, we have created this wonderful collection of lip balms and salves using the beeswax and some of our honey from the harvest. All the products are 100% natural and handmade in the UK.
Bees make propolis from tree resins and use it to protect themselves from disease in their hives. Propolis has been long used by herbalists the world over and reputed for its healthy properties. Unscented and free from essential oils, Propolis Salve will moisturise and protect troubled skin.
