Viola Earrings

Regular price £45.00

Inspired by the protagonist Viola in Shakespeare's play Twelfth Night, these beautiful earrings are made of silver with gold plating.

Shakespeare's Viola is a shipwrecked young woman, disguising herself as Cesario to serve the Duke Orsino who rules the region. Orsino then entrusts Cesario (Viola) to express his love for Countess Olivia. This eventually places her in somewhat of a quandary when she falls in love with Orsino, and Olivia, believing her to be male, falls in love with her. Viola-Cesario stands at the centre of the play as Shakespeare's example of reason, intelligence, self-control, and mature love.

This beautiful range of jewellery by Paula Bolton is inspired by the heroines in Shakespeare’s plays.

Royal Mail and our other regular global couriers have stopped asking for signatures when delivering parcels to customers. In cases where a parcel does not fit through a letterbox, the courier will leave the item at the door, and will step aside after knocking to ensure there is a safe distance while you retrieve your parcel.

In addition, some couriers are experiencing delays at this time. We would be grateful if you could have patience with us during this challenging time.

Please note, that due to health and safety regulations we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings unless damaged.
