Our COVID-19 Prevention Policy
As the COVID-19 situation continues to develop, we wanted to update you on the measures we are taking ensure the safety of our customers and employees.
Our warehouse is open and strictly adhering to the guidelines of the UK Government. Enhanced cleaning measures are in place to ensure safety while orders are being packed in the warehouse, as well as the provision of gloves and masks for all staff. Staff in the warehouse are following the WHO guidelines regarding self-isolation at any sign of illness.
We are doing our absolute best to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, however some delays may occur as we are running a reduced workforce in order to create a safe working environment for our staff.
Royal Mail and our other regular global couriers have stopped asking for signatures when delivering parcels to customers - operating a contact-free service.
You won't be asked for a signature when your parcel is delivered and if it is too large for your letterbox, the courier will leave the item at your door and step aside after knocking to ensure a safe distance while you retrieve your parcel. Items will not be left outside if no one is home.
Some couriers are experiencing delays at this time. We are grateful for your patience during this challenging time.
