Sociologist. Lithuanian-born Ginsberg succeeded Leonard Hobhouse in the chair of Sociology at the London School of Economics (1929). After collaborative writings with Hobhouse, his later publications included On the Diversity of Morals (1953) and On Justice in Society (1965).
