The Bronte Sisters Unisex T-Shirt
Organic cotton unisex t-shirt featuring The Brontë Sisters (Anne Brontë; Emily Brontë; Charlotte Brontë).
Anne Brontë was a poet and novelist. She is best remembered for her novels Agnes Grey (1847) and The Tenant of Wildfell Hall (1848), published under the pseudonym Acton Bell.
Emily Brontë was a novelist; her poems were included in a pseudonymous publication of 1846, with those of her sisters Charlotte and Anne; she is generally acknowledged to be the most considerable poet of the three; her novel Wuthering Heights, 1847, was not acclaimed as one of the masterpieces of the period until after her death.
Charlotte Brontë was a novelist whose books, including Jane Eyre, and Villette, extended the emotional range of English fiction. Acutely shy in person, Brontë fearlessly questioned social conventions in her novels, drawing on her experience as a teacher and governess.
The Brontë Sisters (Anne Brontë; Emily Brontë; Charlotte Brontë) by Patrick Branwell Brontë, NPG 1725. Oil on canvas, circa 1834.
