Organic cotton women's scoop neck t-shirt featuring miniature painter Sarah Biffin (Beffin) (1784-1850), miniature painter.

Biffin was born with phocomelia, a birth defect of malformed or absent limbs. At the age of 13, Biffin painted and drew using her mouth, charging three guineas for an ivory miniature, and used a pair of scissors to make her own clothes on stage to entertain audiences. In 1808, Biffin met the Earl of Morton, who recognised her talent as an artist and paid for her to have further training in miniature painting with William Craig, watercolour painter to Queen Charlotte. He also introduced her work to King George III and Biffin subsequently gained the patronage of four reigning monarchs – George III, George IV, William IV and Queen Victoria. She exhibited at the Royal Academy on several occasions, and won a silver medal at the Society of Arts in 1821.
